Marins Day

It is our sweet little Marins birthday today. She has been such a blessing to us. She has saved me from a low time my life when I was wishing for a baby so badly. Marin is so sweet and helpful. I don't know what I would do without her. She is a constant entertainment for Ashton, and she is so sweet to Mesa. Greyson just follows her around the house and wants to be where she is. We love you, Marin.

this never happens

I think the Lord was blessing me on Sunday for braving church with my kids by myself. Somehow after church they all found their way to a bed and/or couch and slept. "But mom I'm not tired" was the theme and always is after church. I, of course was too excited to sleep and I had to document the momentous occasion. But then they all stayed up late, what do you do?

Anniversary

Well, it is our 9th anniversary today. I know, we are still just babies in the marriage realm. I must say that the first few years were a little rough, but each year just gets better and better. Aaron has an amazing way of making me laugh and roll my eyes several times a day at his ridiculousness( is that even a word?) Anyway, I couldn't ask for a better husband and father for my kids!

Did anyone hear this woman's speech tonight? She is my new best friend!! She has five kids and a brand new baby with downs syndrome. She is the governor of Alaska and was born in Idaho. Sounds pretty perfect to me.

Introducing Pete's Peppers

This is our latest and greatest of all family pictures. So I thought we would start off the blogging mania that has overtaken so many of my friends and family with a picture of the most exciting day of our lives so far. This is Greyson pre hair cut, we have since buzzed the fro and he looks a little more wholesome, if that is even possible. He is such a fun and crazy little boy. He was crawling up the stairs at seven months and has only gotten more mischevious and out of control.
