Funny kids

Marin got a lifesaver book from her grandma and grandpa and as she was opening it she curiously says "Why do they call them lifesavers, they don't help anything?"

Ashton was watching me put my apron on to make some sugar cookies and lovingly says "yea, woman you better put that apron on."

I was picking up Greyson's sippi cup to wipe off the greasy fingerprints and he shouts " Don't touch that, mom!"

If Mesa could talk she would probably tell me how bored she is sometimes and wishes she could go on a vacation!

A star in the making...

We are proud of our sweet Marinator who bravely sang a solo at her Christmas school program. And she wasn't even nervous.

Whapping 5 years old!

The twins turned 5 yesterday and as usual Ashton gets to pick what they do for their party. Mesa probably wouldn't care anyway if she could say one way or the other. There isn't much to do in the arctic winter season in Rexburg but they do have "The Rex" with bowling and a party house. They all had a good time. I finally got Greyson to bounce in the little house and go down the slide. I was quite proud of my find at Broulilms bakery for their cake and the green frosting was the best part. It is hard to believe I had them 5 years ago. They were so little and fragile at 32 weeks, I was even nervous to see them because they were so tiny at 3 pounds each. They are so sweet and happy. I love them so!

Thanksgiving in Hibbard

Well, we started off the feast with a showing of New Moon Wednesday night. All my sisters, sister in law and two teenage nieces. Of course this was my second time seeing it because I went to Utah and saw it with my friends but it truly is better the second time. I discovered a little secret at the movie. My two sisters and sister in law are all pregnant. I actually started to tear up, feeling bad that I couldn't join the party. But actually I don't want to lay in a hospital bed for 4 months so......I'll pass! I am so happy for them. Their additions this summer will make that 16 grandkids. Whoa nelly!! Miss and love you Jo and Clarkia.
